Mental Game School is a weekly program that runs over 4 weeks. The program includes:
Week 1 – Creating Performance
During the first evening we help cricketers understand how they create their performance in their minds before it unfolds on the field. Cricketers will leave this class with the mental game tools to set themselves up for every performance.
Week 2 – Inner Practice
Week 2 focuses on visualization, mental rehearsal, performance movies or as we call it Inner Practice. Taking the idea of visualization into technical, tactical and performance areas of each cricketers game. Cricketers will gain insight into visualization and will have the ability to add this to their game for improved performance.
Week 3 – Powerzone
In week 3 we spend time unpacking the cricketers ability to know what is in their control and what is not, as well as taking responsibility for and owning their cricket and performances. This in our mind is the game changer when cricketers can fully own their performances, no more excuses, blaming or finding fault.
Week 4 – Peak Performance
The last week sees us delve deeper into performance by accessing and enhancing cricketers ability to step into the present moment. Cricketers will discover their personal processes for performance.
